Sounds like a car without thawing. Sometimes, the cooling elements in the table of the phased introduction of ice on them, and gradually lose their effectiveness. Disable Empty box, this, open the door and let stand 6 to 8 hours. They should be a puddle in the block of ice. and own.

This could be a number of things. Depending on the age of the unity of the elements may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. But it would still be responsible for the diagnosis and possibly to work. I invite to check Frigidaire customer service and see if it is worth the repair. I work for a company to repair the plane and how to go to the doctor and say, "I have a fever," There is no way to fully diagnose the problem without looking. Good Luck

Unfortunately we can not say much. You must determine, at least, what works or not.

I told them I had a real problem with the drain plug through the open side of the ice at the base allows people accidentally trash.

So the ice accumulates on the bottom and blocks the flow of air and not cool well.

But you have to do a thorough check. I do not see here.

Good luck.
